There are three ways for you to check if a part will fit your vehicle. You can use the year / make / model part finder at the top of the website. Select your vehicle’s year, the make of it, and the model. Then, click search.

You can also contact us directly, via live chat, email, or phone call. We highly recommend contacting us before purchasing. We can ensure you are ordering the correct part.

There are several reasons why the compatibility says it will fit your vehicle even though it might not actually fit. They are: the time of year a vehicle was manufactured, the region the vehicle was manufactured for, and/or our website could have a mistake on it.

It is always best to contact us before making ANY auto part purchases. We can get more information from you to confirm what part you actually need to fit your vehicle.
The base requirements are year / make / model. Sometimes we might need to know the trim level and engine type.

If you can provide the vehicle identification number (VIN) which is the unique identifying code for your automobile, then that will allow us to accurately search for your specific vehicle.

Your VIN is a unique identifier composed of seventeen (17) combined digits and capital letter characters found at the dashboard on the driver's side of your vehicle. Your VIN can also be found in your insurance policy and vehicle title and registration.

If you have the part number of the exact part that you’re trying to replace, then that will be the best information you could provide. We will know with 100% accuracy whether a part number will interchange with our parts or not.

We currently only ship with the United States and United States Territories free of charge.

Canadian residents, please use Amazon.ca to place your orders. All other countries, please use eBay.com to take advantage of their Global Shipping Program.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most orders. We can ship via UPS or FedEx upon request. Please contact us before placing your order.

No. At this time we do not have a physical storefront for people to shop at. We are solely an eCommerce, online only, auto parts store.

With our free shipping, you don’t have to worry about shipping costs.

Our orders usually ship out quickly so you’ll get your parts soon.
All of your auto parts are have at minimum a limited one year warranty and at maximum a limited lifetime warranty.

Warranty periods start 60 days after date of purchase and are good for only one replacement.
Our limited one year and lifetime warranties guarantee a replacement auto part if the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or normal wear of parts.

Warranty-related shipping costs for United States customers will be covered by Mean Mug Auto. Shipping charges will apply if you make a warranty claim outside of the United States.

We can also give you 75% refund of your auto part(s) purchase without having to return the product.
